The Seneca Wine Trail is about 30 minutes from New Park, so it's a little further from Cayuga Wine Trail, but it has enough advantages to outweigh the extra travel time.
The Seneca Lake Wine Trail is an association of 27 member wineries, located in the Seneca Lake AVA (American Viticultural Area) within the Finger Lakes AVA of New York State.
The Seneca Wine Trail is a scenic route through the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York, known for its picturesque rolling hills, deep gorges, and sparkling lakes. It offers high-quality wines, especially Rieslings, and unique tasting experiences such as casual tastings, guided tours, food pairings, outdoor seating areas, and live music events. The staff at the wineries are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their wines, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for visitors.

Wagner Vineyards: Known for its award-winning wines and breathtaking views of Seneca Lake, Wagner Vineyards is a must-visit on the Seneca Wine Trail. (They also have beer!!)
Fox Run Vineyards: This winery offers a diverse selection of wines, ranging from dry to sweet, as well as stunning views of Seneca Lake. (They have food too.)
Glenora Wine Cellars: With its picturesque location overlooking Seneca Lake, Glenora Wine Cellars offers a variety of high-quality wines, including ice wines. (So pretty, and this winery is for sale if you have $10M...wanna go halvsies with me?)
Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard: This family-owned winery is known for its exceptional Rieslings and has been producing wines on Seneca Lake since the 1970s. (I absolutely love their wine, but if you go without a reservation, you're really going to be out of luck - PLAN for this one!!)
Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery: Founded by a Ukrainian immigrant, Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery produces a wide range of award-winning wines, including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Riesling. (The wine is amazing and world known. You might think it's a must-see, but honestly, you can pretty much get THESE wines anywhere. They're on every robust wine list there is...look for it!)
Lakewood Vineyards: With over 30 varieties of wine to choose from, Lakewood Vineyards is a popular stop on the Seneca Wine Trail.
Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards: This family-owned winery is known for its fun and lively atmosphere, as well as its unique wines like Red Cat and White Cat. (This is your bachelorette party scene, your sing-along to music scene, your party scene. This is a FUN place to go, but if you're looking for a quiet glass of wine with your companion, pretty much any of the other wineries will suit you just a bit better than this one).
