New Park Event Venue & Suites can host up to 200 guests for special events. This property offers a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces to suit the style and vision of any couple. You can choose to enjoy an alfresco ceremony on The Canopy, which is set on the bank of a babbling creek. The Pavilion offers a stunning space for reception celebrations and can fit several tents for summer weddings. Couples can choose to rent out this property exclusively, ensuring a serene and intimate celebration with their closest loved ones. This venue is also pet-friendly, allowing your furry friends to join your special occasion.
New Park Event Venue & Suites can host both ceremonies and receptions, providing a flawless flow to your celebration. This team understands how much work goes into planning a wedding, and offers the services of a dedicated event coordinator. They will collaborate with you to ensure that every detail of your big day is taken care of.
This property can sleep up to 20 guests on-site, allowing couples and their wedding party to relax after the festivities. Each suite in this property has been individually designed to reflect its own character and charm. Luxury details include handcrafted mosaic tiles in the bathroom, along with hand-carved wood dressers. Catering to couples and families alike, all suites can host between two and six guests.
New Park Event Venue & Suites is set in the Finger Lakes region, which offers a plethora of activities for visitors to enjoy. Guests can visit one of the many surrounding wineries which offer a comprehensive range of vintages to taste. Alternatively, couples can explore the surrounding waterfalls or hiking trails.
Pricing and Packages
Our primary package is a full property buy-out from Friday at 3pm to Sunday at 11am. We have 6 suites that sleep up to 20 people across them. You can have the rehearsal / welcome dinner, ceremony, reception, and Sunday brunch all here on the property, and we have different spaces to make each event special and different.
Every event is unique, so we want to learn more about what you have in mind before giving you a quote. The primary package described above has two parts - the event fee and the rooms. The event fee ranges based on the number of people and nature of the event. The rooms have a 2 night minimum on weekends. We offer the option to set the rooms up as a hotel block, so the full price is not all on you. If you choose to rent all the suites, we can include an "after-party" until 2am.
If you want to rent the space only, we can do that too! We just ask that the event end by 10:30pm to ensure we have quiet hours at 11pm for the rooms.
For the budget-conscious, we offer Sunday weddings and weddings in the off season (Nov-Apr).
Nestled between a creek and a bank is a clearing where you feel surrounded by nature. A stone landing has been carved into the bank for musicians to play, with the sound drifting through the valley.

Seating with folding chairs with up to 175 people. If the event is over 175, there are options for standing room only, or there's an additional ceremony site that is more open where the site can be built from scratch.

Our Pavilion is an indoor space with a lodge feel - it pairs rustic wooden walls with charming lights and a lot of large windows and doors to let in as much light as possible.
by the numbers
Indoor / Outdoor (summer/fall) - up to 200 max. Seating up to 120 under the main tent with round tables and 160 for banquet tables. If more seating is needed, the front deck and side tented area is used to get to 200.
Indoor only (winter) - up to 99 max, however it depends on configuration. Up to 40 with round tables, up to 60 with banquet tables, and up to 99 with cocktail tables and standing room only.

The Wish Room
A casual, flexible space that can be used for your Welcome Dinner, Rehearsal dinner, Sunday brunch, or Wedding After Party.
The Wedding After Party is available to groups who book all the suites on the property - otherwise parties end by 10:30 to observe 11pm quiet hours.

The Wish Room can hold up to 35 people as an indoor / outdoor space when the weather is nice.
Wish can also hold 20 people seated at two banquet tables.
If your party is larger than 35 people, it can be held in the Pavilion.
