This is a list of vendors who have worked events at New Park recently and we have a positive experience with. We relish the opportunity to work with anyone on this list! You can bring us new vendors if you like! Please let us chat with them before you sign.

Alcoholic beverages must be provided by New Park because we have a liquor license. We have an in-house caterer, Diamond on Seneca. All events larger than 50 people are required to use our in-house caterer. Exceptions are possible! Reach out to your coordinator for details.
Beverages:
New Park Event Venue will provide all beverages for your event, including alcohol! We will provide beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, mocktails, sodas, non-alcoholic, coffee and tea!

Shuttles:
Main Street Drivers - designated driving service or "mini shuttle". You provide the vehicle, they provide the driver. Perfect for if people aren't staying in the same hotel or you need to shuttle people around in smaller numbers (you could also rent a van from Enterprise)

Note: Be careful with this category - a lot of fly by night operators out there offering low prices but struggle to communicate properly with their drivers. If you found one you like that isn't on our list, ask us and we'll let you know if we've worked with them before.

We have 7 suites on-site. For the rest of your party, consider:
Mill Creek Cabins - three comfy cabins sleeping up to 10 across them, in Lodi, about 20 mins from New Park (a sister property to New Park! Same owner)
Diamond on Seneca - six comfortable suites in a modern mansion with a lake view (a sister property to New Park! Same owner)
Inn at Taughannock - upscale, elegant Victorian Inn
Hotel Ithaca - large hotel in downtown Ithaca, easy parking
Marriott - large hotel in downtown Ithaca
Greyhaven Motel - restored vintage motel in Ithaca / Newfield
Spruce Row Campground - large campground half a mile from New Park
Halsey House - local bed and breakfast in Trumansburg
Inn at Gothic Eves - local bed and breakfast in Trumansburg with 8 suites

Insurance:
We have no affiliation with any of these, but want to point you in the right direction! You can also ask your insurance provider to add onto your homeowner's or renter's insurance. There are two types - special event liability insurance and wedding cancelation insurance.

Note: you want a policy without a deductible. Travelers and eWed both have zero deductible policies. Event Helper and several others have $1000+ deductible.
