Event space for gatherings and parties
The Pavilion and Wish Room are two magical spaces available for booking, including several acres of outdoor space. The Pavilion is a large space often used for receptions and other parties. The Wish Room is a building with a fire pit in the center, surrounded by couches and cozy sitting areas. Adjacent outdoor space can be available as well, weather dependent. A small, babbling brook runs through the property. The area is beautifully well-landscaped.

The Wish room is a magical event space with a subtle fantasy feel as you capture wholesome memories. A beautiful row of glass doors surrounded by wood lets in light on a long table for five. An immaculate marble countertop bar designs of mythological figures encourage merriment amongst friends and family. The wood flooring steps up provides a sitting area with a large sofa to sit three, a wooden chair, a futon sofa, and a stand-alone chair facing the centerpiece. A colossal communal fireplace is beautifully crafted in the form of a stone well bottom with a fire pit glass lantern shape enclosure with a door to stoke the fire as needed. The ceiling is decorated with amazing accents, high rise beams, and a ceiling fan. The array of designer watercolor glass windows will fascinate you as well for the days you can explore bookshelves. This beautiful room has a wood burning fireplace in the middle of the room, as well as a piano, guitars, record player, gas grill, cable TV and wifi. Share any memorable presentations with an amazing plasma television before you trail off into song with a jukebox in the sitting area or the piano a few feet away from the long table to jam out to invoke a memorable experience you'll be able to cherish joyful moments here, in the Wish Room, for a lifetime. A full fridge is available for any food you wish to store for wedding receptions or other celebrations. There are also stunning glass stained windows that light up the room during the day and glass doors leading out to a stone path.
Outside of the Wish room is a grill accessible for your event for an exciting outdoor party. A wooden round table is available to sit at or a bench closer to the gorgeous wooden overpass with a path leading to an extension of this beautiful garden filled with lavish flowers. On the other side is an area dedicated to a fire pit, s'mores, and nighttime fun! Enjoy walks from your room on the peaceful walkway to the Wish room or adventure different paths leading to a lovely stream.

The Pavilion is a magical event space for your larger celebrations. The venue offers a wedding space for up to 200 people. There are multiple areas where couples choose to get married, and the most popular is a tranquil tree-covered area near Willow Creek. The Pavilion is an indoor retreat with a capacity up to 99 people, and outdoor tents allow the area to expand significantly.

New Park is an incredibly unique and special piece of property, located on Willow Creek, just south of Taughannock Falls. New Park Weddings offer bridal parties lodging featuring art from local artisans and allowing full reign of the site for a 3-day period. Ceremony location and reception set up are tailored to each couples unique desires, ensuring that each event is personal to you. It is a one-of-a-kind 18 acre property just north of Ithaca in the Finger Lakes Region. It is 10 minutes from the city of Ithaca and 5 minutes from Taughannock Falls and Trumansburg. It was originally a roadside motel, but in the 90s, every room was transformed into a work of art. Stained glass, handcrafted stonework, and incredible woodwork laces every single room.

There are two communal fire pits - one in the center of the property and another off to the side. The entire property is surrounded by a very tall privacy fence that once protected the privacy of a celebrity (ask the staff or the locals and they'll tell you more!). New Park also has a picnic area by a creek that is so beautiful that people get married there almost every weekend of summer.

New Park has a total of 7 suites and can sleep up to 22 people across them, so bring some family and friends with you! Each cottage is listed separately, and we also have a listing for our "Triple Suite".
