Booking your dream wedding weekend with us is a thoughtful, streamlined process—designed to feel just as welcoming and intentional as the celebration itself.
Here’s exactly what to expect:
✨ Inquiry & Welcome
You start by submitting a wedding inquiry form on our website. Within moments, you’ll receive our Welcome Email, complete with:✔ Venue highlights✔ A video tour of the property✔ Links to 360° virtual tours of our suites and reception spaces

🌿 Tour & Personal Consultation
Next, we schedule a private tour of the property with one of our event coordinators. You’ll stroll through our forested pathways, ceremony sites, reception spaces, and overnight suites while learning all about:
• Wedding weekend options
• Customization possibilities
• What’s included with your booking
👩🍳 Chef Consult (Optional)
Food is a big part of your story, and we want to help you tell it. You’ll be invited to a complimentary 20-minute Chef Consult where you can:
• Chat about food and beverage ideas
• Explore dietary needs and custom menus
• Start dreaming about your signature dishes
💎 Diamond Details Review
Are you excited now? The last step before you took is to have a Diamond Details Review with Sara, our owner and lead event designer. Together, you’ll:
• Review your personalized quote
• Fine-tune your weekend vision
• Review contract and get answers to any lingering questions
🖊️ Sign & Secure
When you're ready, we’ll send over your contract and a secure link for your first payment. To hold your date, all that’s needed is $5,000 or the venue fee—whichever is less.
Once your date is locked in, your initials go on the website and it’s official: you’re a New Park couple!
📋 Planning Portal Access
After your first payment is received, you’ll get full access to your personalized Planning Portal, which helps you:
• Build your wedding timeline (ceremony, reception, after-party, brunch)
• Browse curated vendor recommendations & exclusive discounts
• Make menu selections
• Assign guest suites
You can do this at your own pace.
